ISLAMABAD, Sep 11 (Alliance News): Federal Minister for Petroleum, Dr. Musadik Malik, emphasized the need to ensure that women in Pakistan receive their rightful share of inheritance during a speech in the National Assembly on Wednesday.
He underscored the importance of treating women with the same respect as men and ensuring they are granted their full legal rights, including inheritance.
Dr. Malik praised the significant contributions women make to the country’s development and progress, calling for equal opportunities for them in all aspects of life, including access to their legal inheritance.
“The women of this country are key to its development, and they deserve their full legal rights, just like men,” Malik stated.
He also shared that he personally ensures his daughter will receive her rightful share of inheritance.
