ISLAMABAD, Aug 23 (Alliance News): Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue, Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb, highlighted the significance of collaboration in the aviation sector between Pakistan and Turkey as a vital aspect of bilateral relations.
He expressed these views during a meeting on Friday with the Chairperson of Pegasus Airlines, Mehmat T. Nane, who was accompanied by Muhammad Ali Tabba, CEO of Lucky Cement Limited.
The minister lauded the success of the Turkish aviation industry and emphasized that such collaboration aligns with the Prime Minister’s vision of enhancing Pakistan’s aviation sector.
He referenced a recent discussion with the Turkish Trade Minister, where both sides explored various opportunities for trade and business cooperation, as outlined in a press release from the finance ministry.
Mehmat T. Nane presented an overview of Turkey’s aviation strategy, detailing how Pakistan could benefit from Turkey’s expertise to advance its own aviation industry.
The discussions were considered highly productive, marking a significant step forward in Pakistan’s efforts to boost its aviation capabilities and strengthen economic ties with Turkey.
