Zong 4G Launches Official WhatsApp Channel for Customer Engagement

ISLAMABAD, March 4 (Alliance News): Zong 4G has become the first telecom operator in Pakistan to launch its official WhatsApp Channel, aiming to enhance customer engagement and provide a more personalized experience.

According to a company statement, the WhatsApp Channel will offer real-time updates on promotions, exclusive discounts, and exciting deals.

It will also promote the My Zong App, enabling users to explore its features and manage their accounts seamlessly. Customers will receive timely updates on new SIM activations and Mobile Number Portability (MNP).

Sajid Munir, Director of Marketing at Zong 4G, emphasized that the initiative aims to make communication more seamless, convenient, and engaging for users.

The WhatsApp Channel is expected to revolutionize customer interaction by providing instant updates and support.
