ISLAMABAD, Oct 24 (Alliance News): The Prime Minister’s Youth Program (PMYP), in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea and Pakistan’s Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, organized a vibrant Korea-Pakistan Cultural Gala at Liaquat Gymnasium.
The event featured mesmerizing performances by Pakistani and Korean artists, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of both nations.
Federal Minister for Information, Broadcasting, National Heritage, and Culture Attaullah Tarar, Chairman of the PMYP Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, Prime Minister’s Coordinator Badr Shehbaz, and the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea, Park Ki Jun, graced the event.
The gala saw performances by Pakistani artists Bilal Saeed, Natasha Baig, Uzair Jaswal, and the Khumariyaan Music Band.
The Kiki Wang Taekwondo team from Korea also captivated the audience with their martial arts demonstration, earning a resounding ovation.
As part of the ongoing Korea-Pakistan Cultural Week 2024, the event aims to deepen the bonds of friendship and cultural exchange between the two nations.
The Korea-Pakistan Movie Day will feature four acclaimed films from October 24 to 27 at PNCA, Islamabad. Korean films “Ode to My Father” and “The Himalayas” will be showcased alongside Pakistani hits “Nayab” and “Superstar,” celebrating the creative diversity of both countries.
