ISLAMABAD, Aug 1 (Alliance News): Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Salem Al Zaabi, the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), met with Pakistan’s Minister for Defence, Defence Production, and Aviation, Khawaja Muhammad Asif, on Thursday.
Minister Asif praised the leadership of UAE President and Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, for his vision and efforts in transforming the UAE.
Asif highlighted the significant contributions of Pakistani nationals in various sectors in the UAE and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to supporting the UAE in both civil and defence areas. He also noted the potential for increased cooperation between the armed forces of the two countries.
Additionally, the discussion included expanding collaboration in the commercial and civil aviation sectors to enhance bilateral ties.
