ISLAMABAD, Oct 30 (Alliance News): The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced that plots in Sector C-14 will be allocated through a balloting process, giving priority to overseas Pakistanis.
This decision was made during the 15th CDA Board meeting of the year.
In light of the cancellation of the Neelor Heights Housing Project, the board also decided to fully refund the processing fees paid by overseas Pakistanis.
To address concerns from affected individuals in Islamabad, a seven-member committee will be established to scrutinize their cases.
Additionally, the board approved the formation of a third-party validation (TPV) committee tasked with reviewing the recommendations made by the initial committee.
Rehabilitation benefits will be granted to those affected based on the TPV committee’s suggestions.
Furthermore, the board has directed the Law Wing to prepare recommendations for the establishment and restoration of a covered market.
