ISLAMABAD, Nov 21 (Alliance News): The Excise and Taxation (E&T) Department launched a mobile service at Trail 3 on Thursday, providing citizens with essential vehicle-related services.
According to an E&T spokesperson, the mobile facility operated from 3:00 to 5:00 PM in the parking area, assisting residents with services like vehicle registration, transfer, and token tax payments.
Part of the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Doorstep Initiative, the service aims to make civic amenities more accessible to nearby residents.
Citizens can also avail of these services at home by calling the department’s helpline at 111-383-383, the spokesperson added.
The initiative reflects the government’s commitment to providing personalized public services and simplifying procedures for citizens.
