NA Speaker Commends ICT Police for Swift Action in Bank Robbery Case

ISLAMABAD, Nov 5 (Alliance News): Speaker of the National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, commended the Islamabad Police on Tuesday for their swift and effective response in apprehending suspects involved in a recent bank robbery in the capital.

Meeting with Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Syed Ali Raza, he praised the DIG and his team for their professionalism and awarded a shield in recognition of their exemplary performance.

The Speaker lauded the Islamabad Police’s prompt action, emphasizing that such efforts bolster public trust in law enforcement.

“Law enforcement agencies play a crucial role in maintaining peace and security,” he remarked, adding that the Islamabad Police’s dedication to public safety and crime prevention is admirable.

He noted that the force’s continued commitment is key to making the capital a safer city.

He further emphasized that improved police performance aligns with the government’s objective to foster a peaceful society.

Speaker Sadiq wished the Islamabad Police success in future efforts to ensure public safety and reduce crime.

Deputy Speaker Syed Mir Ghulam Mustafa Shah and several Members of the National Assembly, including Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah, Ejaz Hussain Jakhrani, Asad Alam Niazi, Syed Abrar Shah, Abdul Qadir Patel, and Mian Khan Bugti, were also present to congratulate the police on their successful operation.
