ISLAMABAD, Oct 07 (Alliance News): Pakistan has strongly condemned the terrorist attack that took place near Karachi airport on Sunday night, killing two Chinese engineers and injuring another.
The Foreign Office assured that the perpetrators would be brought to justice.
“This deplorable act of terrorism is an attack not only on Pakistan but also on the enduring friendship between Pakistan and China,” stated Foreign Office spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch.
She emphasized Pakistan’s commitment to apprehending the perpetrators, including the Majeed Brigade, responsible for the attack.
Pakistan’s security forces will leave no stone unturned in capturing those involved, she added, stressing that this “barbaric act will not go unpunished.”
The spokesperson also extended condolences to the families of the victims and assured ongoing coordination with the Chinese Embassy. Pakistan reaffirmed its commitment to the safety of Chinese nationals and projects in the country, further strengthening its bond with China.
