ISLAMABAD, Jan 13 (Alliance News): More than 300 pensioners of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) have filed an intra-court appeal (ICA) in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) challenging the decision to withdraw their incentives.
The appeal contests a verdict issued by a single-member bench of the IHC, which upheld the CAA board’s decision to revoke the benefits.
The pensioners argue that medical facilities for their parents and children, as well as various incentives, including house grants, have been unjustly discontinued.
The petitioners have requested the court to overturn the CAA’s decision and the previous ruling of the IHC bench.
