ISLAMABAD, Dec 5 (Alliance News): The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday issued notices to respondents regarding a Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) petition seeking the cancellation of post-arrest bail granted to Bushra Bibi in the Toshakhana-II case.
Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb presided over the hearing, where FIA Prosecutor Zulifkar Abbas Naqvi argued that Bushra Bibi was misusing her bail and frequently failed to appear before the trial court.
The court issued notices to Bushra Bibi, asking for her response by next week.
