ISLAMABAD, Jul 30 (Alliance News): Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi met with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Governor Faisal Karim Kundi at the Ministry of Interior today. They discussed various issues of mutual interest and reviewed the current law and order situation in KP.
Naqvi assured that the federal government will continue to support KP’s efforts for maintaining peace and stability. He noted that the Frontier Constabulary, Counter-Terrorism Department, and local police are being upgraded with new technology and better equipment.
The Minister emphasized that KP is at the forefront of the fight against terrorism and praised the bravery of the region’s security forces. He stressed that defeating terrorism is the only option and reaffirmed the nation’s commitment to eradicating this threat through unity and collaboration.
