ISLAMABAD, Dec 10 (Alliance News): Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Tuesday held a telephonic conversation with Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi to discuss bilateral cooperation and regional issues, including the situation in Syria.

The discussion underscored the importance of strengthening ties between Pakistan and Iran, focusing on collaboration in various sectors.

Both leaders also reviewed regional developments, emphasizing mutual efforts to address challenges in the region, as per a statement by the Foreign Office.
