ISLAMABAD, Jan 24 (Alliance News):: Additional Registrar Judicial Nazar Abbas has filed a challenge against the contempt of court show-cause notice in the Supreme Court.
The Court has formed a six-member bench to hear the intra-court appeal, with Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel presiding.
The bench includes Justices Muhammad Ali Mazhar, Athar Minallah, Hassan Azhar Rizvi, Shahid Waheed, and Musarrat Hilali. Nazar Abbas has also requested a stay order on the contempt proceedings. The case is scheduled for hearing on Monday, January 27.
