ISLAMABAD, Oct 17 (Alliance News): Several Islamabad High Court (IHC) judges are unavailable for hearings due to illness and other reasons, leading to adjustments in the court’s schedule.
Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb has been diagnosed with dengue fever, and doctors have advised him to rest for two days. Consequently, his cause list has been canceled.
Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri’s cause list for the week has also been canceled, with his return expected on October 23.
Additionally, Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir is unavailable for hearings today, while Justice Babar Sattar is on a month-long leave until the end of October.
In their absence, Justices Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani and Sardar Ejaz Ishaq continue to hear cases in the court.
