MOSCOW, Dec 3 (Alliance News): Minister for Energy Sardar Awais Ahmad Khan Leghari and Russian Minister for Transport Roman Starovoyt met in Moscow on Tuesday to assess the potential for expanding bilateral connectivity, which they believe would benefit not only Pakistan and Russia but the entire region.
The meeting was part of Sardar Awais Legahri’s visit to Moscow for co-chairing the 9th session of the Pakistan-Russia Intergovernmental Commission (IGC).
The press release highlighted that Legahri commended the increasing cooperation between the two nations and emphasized the importance of collaboration in the transport sector, which encompasses road, rail, and air projects.
Both ministers discussed ongoing cooperation projects and agreed to maintain dialogue and strengthen mutual efforts. Legahri extended an invitation to Starovoyt to visit Pakistan to further enhance bilateral ties.
