ISLAMABAD, Feb 12 (Alliance News): Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, on Wednesday.
The two leaders discussed the worsening humanitarian crisis in Gaza and voiced concerns over proposals to displace Palestinians from their homeland, according to a statement from the DPM’s Office. Dar reaffirmed Pakistan’s unwavering support for the rights of the Palestinian people.
Both sides agreed to maintain close contact to work towards a just, comprehensive, and lasting resolution of the Palestinian issue.
