ISLAMABAD, July 19 (Alliance News): Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi condemned a terrorist attack on a police checkpoint in Takht Bhai, Mardan, that occurred on Friday. The attack resulted in the death of Constable Omar Nabi, who was killed while on duty.
Minister Naqvi praised Constable Nabi as a hero who made the ultimate sacrifice. He extended his condolences to Nabi’s family and praised their bravery. “Constable Omar Nabi has achieved the highest honor of martyrdom while serving his country. We honor this brave soul,” Naqvi said.
Naqvi also expressed hope for the swift recovery of the two constables who were injured in the attack. He acknowledged the courage and dedication of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police in their ongoing fight against terrorism.
