ISLAMABAD, June 17 (Alliance News): Bangladesh High Commissioner Md. Iqbal Hussain Khan called on Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar on Tuesday to discuss matters of mutual interest and ways to strengthen bilateral relations.
During the meeting, Senator Dar emphasized Pakistan’s commitment to maintaining friendly and brotherly ties with Bangladesh.
He appreciated the positive momentum in current relations and called for expanding cooperation, especially in trade, tourism, and people-to-people exchanges.
The meeting, held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, reflected a shared desire to deepen ties between the two South Asian nations, according to the Foreign Office spokesperson.
