As per the revised timetable, Botany Paper I (for new and old course students and those who previously failed), originally set for 9am to 11am on May 28, will now be held at the same time on May 30.

Similarly, English (Normal) Paper I (for new and old courses and failed students) and English Advanced Paper I (for failed students), initially scheduled from 2pm to 5pm on May 28, will now be conducted on May 30 from 3pm to 6pm.

Youm-e-Takbeer is observed annually on May 28 to commemorate Pakistan’s successful nuclear tests in 1998. With the tests conducted in Ras Koh hills of Chaghai, Balochistan, Pakistan became the seventh nuclear-armed nation globally and the first in the Islamic world.

The day marks the country’s strategic milestone in response to India’s nuclear test of 1974, reaffirming Pakistan’s commitment to national sovereignty and regional deterrence.
