President, PM Praise Security Forces for Foiling Infiltration, Killing 30 Indian-Backed Terrorists

ISLAMABAD, July 4 (Alliance News): President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Friday hailed the successful operation by Pakistani security forces that resulted in the elimination of 30 Indian-backed Khawarij terrorists attempting to infiltrate through the Pak-Afghan border in the Hassan Khel area of North Waziristan.

In separate statements, the president and the prime minister praised the bravery and professionalism of the security personnel who carried out the intelligence-based operation.

President Zardari lauded the unwavering efforts of the armed forces, stating, “Security forces’ operations will continue until the complete elimination of terrorists.

It is commendable that Pakistan’s security forces are successfully conducting operations to eliminate Indian-backed terrorists.” He reiterated the nation’s firm resolve to eradicate terrorism and defend its sovereignty at all costs.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, currently on a two-day visit to Azerbaijan, said, “Pakistan’s courageous security forces serve as an unyielding shield to protect the nation.

The entire nation salutes them. We are determined to eliminate all forms of terrorism from the country completely.”

The remarks came in the wake of renewed cross-border threats and underscored Islamabad’s firm stance against external-sponsored terrorism and infiltration attempts.
