ISLAMABAD, June 12 (Alliance News): A delegation of the Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) called on Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday and expressed full support for his initiatives aimed at economic development and public welfare.
The delegation, led by Minister for Overseas Pakistanis Chaudhry Salik Hussain, included Members of the National Assembly Chaudhry Hussain Elahi, Muhammad Ilyas Chaudhry, and Ms. Farukh Khan, the PM Office Media Wing said in a press release.
The MNAs appreciated the prime minister and his team for presenting the federal budget for the fiscal year 2025–26 in the National Assembly. They acknowledged the joint efforts of the political and military leadership for national progress and the wellbeing of citizens.
The delegation also praised PM Shehbaz Sharif’s leadership during recent tensions with India and his efforts to enhance Pakistan’s international image.
During the meeting, matters related to the constituencies of the MNAs were also discussed.
