ISLAMABAD, Dec 1 (Alliance News): Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Monday strongly condemned a terrorist attack near a mobile police unit in Lakki Marwat, expressing deep sorrow over the loss of precious lives.
In a statement issued by the PM House, the prime minister prayed for eternal peace for the departed souls and for strength and patience for the bereaved families during this difficult time.
He directed the authorities concerned to ensure immediate medical assistance to the injured and prayed for their swift recovery.
Reiterating the government’s firm resolve to eliminate terrorism, PM Shehbaz Sharif said militants targeting innocent and unarmed civilians were enemies of peace.
He vowed that their nefarious designs would be thwarted and their networks dismantled.
