ISLAMABAD, Jul 15 (Alliance News): Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met with President Asif Ali Zardari on Tuesday to discuss the country’s political, security, and economic landscape.
The high-level meeting focused on the overall law and order situation and the ongoing efforts to curb terrorism. Prime Minister Shehbaz briefed the president on various government initiatives aimed at reviving and stabilizing the national economy.
Both leaders reaffirmed their resolve to work jointly for the country’s peace, development, and long-term prosperity.
Senior cabinet members, including Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal, Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, and Advisor on Political Affairs Rana Sanaullah, also attended the meeting.
